The Extraordinary Secretary for Tax Reform, Bernard Appy, the director of the Extraordinary Secretariat for Tax Reform (Sert), Manoel Procópio Jr., and representatives of states and municipalities will hold a press conference today to outline the second bill on Tax Reform regulation. Alexandre Padilha stated that the economic team will publish compensation measures for the tax exemption for 17 sectors of the economy and city halls by tomorrow. The announcement could even take place today. This afternoon, the rapporteur of the Mover bill—which includes the tax on international purchases of up to US$50—Senator Rodrigo Cunha (Podemos-AL), will hold a press conference to discuss the text.
