Jan 11 Trade Ministry: Kazakhstan fulfills its obligations to reduce re-exports of dual-use goods to Russia S&P: Kazakhstan exceeded the OPEC+ quota by 10K bpd in December. Jan 12 National pipeline company: Kazakhstan supplied 993K tons of oil to Germany in 2023 and plans to raise this amount to 1.2 mln tons in 2024. Jan 15 US Department of Agriculture: Wheat harvest in Kazakhstan in the current agricultural year (July 2023 - June 2024) is estimated at 12 mln tons. Jan 16 Energy Ministry: Kazakhstan produced about 90 mln tons of oil in 2023 and intends to increase it by 0.3% in 2024. CPC: the company intends to transport more than 70 mln tons of oil in 2024 (vs 63.5 mln tons in 2023) Bureau of National Statistics: In 11M23, Kazakhstan's foreign trade surplus reached $16.7 bln, i.e., below the 11M22 level by a factor of two. Energy Ministry: Kazakhstan intends to pump 1.5 mln tons of oil through the BTC pipeline in 2024 (flat y-o-y). Energy Ministry: Kazakhstan agrees with Azerbaijan on the transportation of up to 3 mln tons of oil annually via the Baku-Supsa pipeline. Energy Ministry: Kazakhstan has agreed with the participants of the Kashagan project on the supply of LNG to the domestic market from 2025. Bureau of National Statistics: In 2023, agricultural production in Kazakhstan amounted to KZT8.7 trln in nominal (-7,7% y-o-y in real terms).
