The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) maintained the suspension of Jair Bolsonaro's ads on radio and TV and transferred them to former President Lula as a right to reply to Bolsonaro's accusations. Upon receiving Bolsonaro’s lawsuit, the president of the TSE, Alexandre de Moraes, gave the campaign 24 hours to present "evidence and/or serious documents" to back its claim. The Minister of the Federal Audit Court (TCU), Aroldo Cedraz, ordered the Caixa to speak within 24 hours on the report of the Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the offer of payroll-linked loans of the Auxílio Brasil program. In just three days, R$ 1.8 billion in payroll-linked loans were granted. Both Henrique Meirelles and Persio Arida are being considered for government positions if Lula wins.
