With the municipal elections concluded, Congress resumes its activities. The Senate's Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ) will begin a series of debates on tax reform starting Tuesday, October 29, and continuing through November 14. Senator Ângelo Coronel (PSD-BA) is expected to introduce a bill on parliamentary fund transfers. In the Lower House, the Progressive Party (PP) may announce its support for Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB) for the presidency.
