With President Lula's return to Brazil after the BRICS meeting, Ministerial Reform may be finalized. In the House, the highlight was the vote on payroll tax exemptions. In the Senate, the bill on the tie-breaking vote in the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF) will be put to a vote. On Thursday, August 31, the government will send the 2024 Budget to Congress. On Friday, September 1, Q2 GDP will be released. The STF resumes analysis of the demarcation of indigenous lands.
