The pressure from the Centrão parties for more space in the government has increased. The change of command at the Ministry of Tourism is certain. Today, the Minister of Finance, Fernando Haddad, has a meeting with the President of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), to discuss Tax Reform. The government would like the proposal to change as little as possible so that it can be enacted later this year. Today, the Joint Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry (CPMI) on the January 8 attacks will hear from Mauro Cid, who was an assistant to former President Jair Bolsonaro.
