The Judiciary returns on Tuesday, and the Legislature returns on Wednesday. There are no relevant bills on the agenda in either the House or the Senate, but there are a number of other matters on the congressional agenda. The issue involving President Jair Bolsonaro's failure to testify at the Federal Police should cause repercussions in the Supreme Federal Court (STF), and, on Wednesday, two important decisions will be made in the Court. Two polls on the presidential election will be released this week – both on Wednesday. One is from the Paraná Research Institute and the other is from DataPoder. The polarization between Lula and Bolsonaro should be confirmed. Anatel holds an extraordinary meeting today to analyze the request of Claro, Telefônica (the owner of Vivo) and TIM for the sale of mobile assets of the operator Oi.
