Congress may complete the vote on the Budget Guidelines Law (LDO). Deputy Danilo Forte (União Brasil-CE), rapporteur of the Budget Guidelines Law (LDO), should submit his final report today, November 20, or tomorrow, November 21 at the Joint Budget Committee (CMO). Today is the deadline for presenting edits to the bill that deals with the taxation of exclusive and offshore funds. The text is under analysis in the Senate's Economic Affairs Committee (CAE). On Thursday, November 23, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) will adjudicate the cases that deal with the moment of charging the ICMS tax rate differential: whether it is necessary to observe ninety years or annual precedence to charge the amount to non-taxpayers.
