Senate President Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) and House President Arthur Lira (PP-AL) are expected to meet with Senator Angelo Coronel (PSD-BA) this morning to discuss the bill proposing new rules for parliamentary fund transfers. President Lula (PT), in an effort to maintain good relations with the House no matter who wins the leadership race, has been in talks with all the candidates but has not yet taken a stance. There is an expectation in Congress that President Lula will make changes to the ministerial team in order to improve communication with the House.
