Yesterday, October 18, the Ministers of Finance, Fernando Haddad, and Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha, discussed the legislative agenda of interest to the Planalto Palace with government leaders in the legislature. Initially, the FGTS matter was scheduled to be adjudicated in the Supreme Federal Court (STF) tomorrow, October 18. However, the president of the STF, Luis Roberto Barroso, postponed this trial until November 8. Today, the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicanos), is expected to submit a bill for the privatization of the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of São Paulo (Sabesp) to the São Paulo Legislative Assembly (Alesp). But first, he will have a meeting with allied deputies to discuss the text.
