Haddad said that the country has R$ 400 billion in incentives and tax benefits. He said he only needs an increase in revenue between R$ 110.0 billion and R$ 150 billion for the fiscal framework. According to Haddad's calculations, taxation on gambling should generate R$ 12 billion in revenue. There is also a discussion about the exclusion of ICMS tax incentives from the Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and CSLL calculations. Haddad criticizes the measure. This matter will be judged by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) on April 26. Electoral Inspector General Benedito Gonçalves concluded the evidence collection phase in the most advanced case against the ticket headed by Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the 2022 elections.
