The Speaker of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), will meet this Tuesday, April 1, with party leaders to discuss the bill that grants amnesty to those involved in the January 8 events. The House bills are awaiting the installation of a Special Committee. This week, Hugo Motta may announce the rapporteur for the bill dealing with Income Tax Reform (Bill No. 1,087/25), submitted by the Executive Branch to Congress on March 18. The bill is being processed under a constitutional urgency regime. On the international agenda, there is great anticipation over the United States' announcement of the removal of a set of specific tariffs on certain sectors and the application of reciprocal rates.
