Yesterday, Justice Flávio Dino ordered the suspension of mandatory fund transfers to deputies and senators until the National Congress establishes rules that provide greater transparency and traceability for the transfer of resources. This decision sparked reactions in the Lower House. The Senate approved a bill addressing the renegotiation of state debt with the Federal Government, marking an important victory for Senate President Rodrigo Pacheco. The bill will now go to the House for further analysis. The deadline for candidate registration ends today. Campaigning begins tomorrow. However, ads can only run on radio and TV starting August 30.
