Congress resumes activity today, and the agenda is full. The president of the House, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), meets with party leaders to discuss the voting agenda. The government hopes to conclude the vote on the new fiscal framework in the House as soon as possible. In the Senate, the government's main topic of interest is the bill on the tie-breaking vote in the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF). Another point is Tax Reform. The text could reach the Senate this week. Senator Eduardo Braga said during the recess that he would present his work schedule in the first week of August.
