The president of the STF, Luiz Fux, said that if Bolsonaro does not comply with Minister Alexandre de Moraes’s decisions, that would constitute a crime of responsibility, which would be grounds for impeachment. The president of the PSD, Gilberto Kassab, reiterated this fact. This morning, the Constitution and Justice Committee of the House will hold a public hearing to discuss the court-ordered payments Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC) with the Special Secretary of the Treasury and Budget, Bruno Funchal.
