After weeks of negotiations, the government finally announced changes to its ministerial team. Silvio Costa Filho (Republicanos-PE) will take over the Ports and Airports Ministry, replacing Márcio França (PSB-PE), who will be appointed to the Ministry of Small and Microenterprises. André Fufuca will replace Ana Moser at the Ministry of Sports. Auditors from the Federal Audit Court (TCU) will meet today to assess the impact on the Court of the decision by Federal Audit Court (TCU) Justice Dias Toffoli on Wednesday, September 6, annulling the evidence obtained through a leniency agreement with Odebrecht in the wake of Operation Car Wash. The Senate is expected to vote on the payroll tax exemptions bill next week and submit it for presidential sanctioning.
