The Minister of the Secretariat for Institutional Relations said the President is expected to sanction this week the Complementary Law Project (PLP) regulating the securitization of active debts of the Federal Government, states, Federal District, and municipalities. The presentation of the final report by the Working Group on Tax Reform Regulation (PLP 68/2024) is scheduled for Wednesday. Daily meetings are being held to finalize the text. This afternoon, the House Working Group discussing the Tax Reform Regulation bill on the Management Committee will hold a public hearing with governors. The voting schedule for this bill has not yet been announced.
