For the first time since the beginning of his term, the majority of Brazilians do not approve of the Lula government. Approval fell from 52% in January to 47% in March. Next week, the government should submit a bill to Congress that deals with the Emergency Program for the Resumption of the Events Sector (Perse) and the special social security contribution for municipalities. Another important point on next week's agenda is the adjudication in the 1st Section of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) on Wednesday, March 13, on the inclusion of Tariffs for the Use of the Transmission System (Tust) and Tariffs for the Use of the Distribution System (Tusd) in the calculation of the ICMS.
