President Lula finally signed the Desenrola provisional measure (MP), and it was published in the Official Federal Gazette today. The program will begin in July and will include debts registered up to December 31 of last year. The rapporteur for the new fiscal framework in the Senate, Omar Aziz (PSD-AM), is negotiating changes to the text. Aziz stressed that there are three main points of discussion about the bill in the Senate. Regarding Tax Reform, the coordinator of the Working Group on Tax Reform, Deputy Reginaldo Lopes (PT-MG), hopes that the report on the proposal can be read in the plenary of the House in the next 15 days.
