President Lula travels to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Germany this week. He will be accompanied by ministers, governors, and legislators. Participation in COP28 is scheduled for December 1 and 2. The president of the House, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), and the Tax Reform rapporteur, Aguinaldo Ribeiro (PP-PB), will meet with party leaders today, November 27, to discuss the proposal. In addition to the overall content, the issue regarding the regulatory process will be addressed. A session of Congress is scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, to analyze presidential vetoes. Among those that can be analyzed are the ones that deal with the so-called “Time Frame”.
