Ministerial reform remains stalled. The Ministry of Ports and Airports will be given to the Republicanos party. The PP, however, is reluctant to accept the Ministry of Sports. The party sees the offer as a consolation prize. Yesterday, the House approved a bill that creates the Desenrola program, the government's debt renegotiation program. The text provides for a maximum interest rate of 100% of the original amount of the debt for revolving credit. The House also approved the urgent status of the bill that deals with the agreement made by the Federal Government with the states to compensate for losses in the ICMS tax collection last year.
