Supreme Federal Court (STF) Justice Alexandre de Moraes has ordered the opening of an investigation into the exchange of messages between his office's advisors and former aides who worked with him at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Today, expert Eduardo Tagliaferro is scheduled to testify at the Federal Police. Regarding parliamentary fund transfers, Congress is seeking to formalize an agreement within 10 days. Justice Flávio Dino stated yesterday that the agreement reached between the three branches of government to provide more transparency to parliamentary amendments has "good guidelines," but it does not resolve the issue. Yesterday, a poll by AtlasIntel on the São Paulo (SP) elections was published. It indicated that Federal Deputy Guilherme Boulos (PSOL) leads with 28.5% of the intended votes. Mayor Ricardo Nunes (MDB) is in second place with 21.8%. In third place is businessman Pablo Marçal (PRTB), who accounts for 16.3%.
