Moscow feeling threatened by Ukraine

On April 25 it was announced that Red Square will be closed to the public for 2 weeks before the May 9 Victory Day Parade for security reasons. It is usually shut for 4 days before the parade. The May 9 parade commemorates World War II. Usually ordinary citizens are allowed to parade through the square after the military, carrying portraits of ancestors who fought in the war. But that will not be allowed in 2023. Several regions adjacent to Ukraine have cancelled their May 9 parades for security reasons. On April 24 Moscow Vnukovo Airport cancelled take offs and landing for hours because an unidentified drone was seen.
