Moscow to reopen bars as coronavirus falls

On January 27 Moscow relaxed its work-from-home rule and restaurant curfew. Coronavirus cases are going down further and further. Until now only 30% of staff could work in person. Restaurants and bars had to close 11 pm and 6 am.The city will decide by February 6 whether students will be allowed to return to in-person learning. Daily cases in Moscow have been under 3,000 for a week. Hospitalizations have fallen precipitously. The situation in the provinces is even better.Russia has the 4th highest caseload on earth. There have been 3.7 million cases and 186,000 deaths. Vaccination is proceeding, but very slowly.
