Motta has appointed Lira as the rapporteur for the bill on income tax, Lewandowski will meet with Motta next week to present a PEC on public security, and the STF will discuss two important cases next week
The President of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), has officially appointed Arthur Lira (PP-AL) as the rapporteur for the bill on income tax exemption. A special committee will be established next week. On Tuesday, April 8, the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Ricardo Lewandowski, will meet with the President of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), to present a Constitutional Amendment Proposal (PEC) on public security. This is an important issue for the government, as it is one of the population’s main concerns. Two important issues will be reviewed by the Supreme Federal Court (STF) next week. The court will rule on the cancellation of taxpayer registration for any company that directly or indirectly uses slave labor or labor under conditions analogous to slavery, and on the case on health insurance coverage.
