New UK Foreign Secretary visits Ukraine

On November 16 Lord David Cameron met Zelensky in Kyiv. It is his first trip abroad since being appointed. Cameron is the former British Prime Minister. Lord Cameron was appointed Foreign Secretary on November 13. He reiterated that the United Kingdom shall support Ukraine in every way until the war is over. There is a sense of war weariness among Ukraine's Western partners. Some are saying that there should be talks without a Russian withdrawal. The appetite to arm and fund Ukraine is diminishing as there is no end in sight to the war. There is a growing sense that sanctions on Russia have failed. On November 15 the Czech Republic froze the assets of the Russian State. Moscow said this is illegal but it may respond in kind.
