Politics: The opposition coalition unveils a draft of its 2024 platform, detailing how it would govern

Although just an initial version that will have to be filled out with the contributions of the diverse social, political, cultural and economic actors from around the country who are throwing their support behind the campaign, in its current form the document lists the main points of what a Xóchitl Gálvez government would do. In this week’s Outlook, we provide a summary and analysis of the text, including its call for the sort of coalition government necessary for building a government with institutions and the rule of law the country desperately needs.
