The Minister of Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha, meets with Senate leaders to negotiate vetoes that should be analyzed in a joint session of Congress next week. There was going to be a session of Congress last week to analyze vetoes, but it was postponed due to a lack of consensus. The solution to replace some of the vetoed funds involves the Executive Branch's bill that resumes the mandatory insurance policy for land vehicles. The Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ) will analyze the proposal today. Today, the Senate plenary will analyze the bill that reformulates incentives for the events sector (PL nº 1,026/2024). The proposal was approved in the House on Tuesday, April 23, and establishes new rules for the Emergency Program for the Resumption of the Events Sector (Perse).
