Parliament has changed constitution, dismissed minister of interior and opened way for Tymoshenko release

It looks like Yanukovitch was quite serious on recent concessions. Just for few hours the parliament voted in return to Constitution 2004 (limited presidential authorities), dismissed minister of interior Vitaliy Zakharchenko (rumors say he’s already escaped the country) and voted in decriminalization of articles Yulya Tymoshenko was convicted. All the decisions have been voted in with constitutional majority (more than 300 votes) which means that even any unpredictable move from Yanukovitch cannot change them. It is a very good sign in terms of solving current crisis. However, many protesters still suspect some trick behind the recent concessions.
