Putin asks the IAEA to come to Ukraine

On October 26 Putin said the International Atomic Energy Authority (IAEA) should come to Ukraine to inspect nuclear sites. He repeated his accusation that Ukraine is planning to use a dirty bomb. The speech came at the Valdai Discussion Club. He claimed that Ukraine is trying very hard to conceal its dirty bomb. The Russian Defense Minister told the governments of several countries last week that Ukraine would use this dirty bomb. NATO said Russia is lying and is preparing an excuse for when it uses a nuclear bomb in Ukraine and Russia will falsely blame Ukraine for it.
