Russian ships that had been serving off the coast of Syria are also returning to the Black Sea. Their home port is Sevastopol. Moscow says this is a routine voyage to restock.S-400 systems and Pantsir S missile systems are being trained, as well as jets and choppers.32 NATO countries and Ukraine started the exercises on July 5. The drills involve 5,000 military personnel, 32 warships and 40 planes and choppers. This is an unusually large exercise.
