Russia encouraging electric vehicles

RUSSIA / FSU POLITICS - In Brief 15 Sep 2021 by Alex Teddy

As of 2022 electric vehicles will be able to access toll roads for free. The story appeared on the RBC website and followed the publication of a draft plan document by the government.
