S&P reported an improvement in Brazil’s rating, Lira highlighted two votes that are important in the House this semester, and Lula will hold a ministerial meeting

The government celebrated the news that Standard & Poor's reported an improvement in Brazil's BB- rating, from stable to positive. When commenting on the report published by S&P, Haddad recognized the work of the president of the House, Arthur Lira, the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco, and the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). Lira highlighted two votes that he believes are important this semester in the House. The first is the bill on the return of the tie-breaking vote in the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF). The second matter Lira highlighted was Tax Reform. Today, President Lula will hold a ministerial meeting. There is still the expectation of an announcement in the Ministry of Tourism to improve government support in Congress.
