The probability of a presidential candidate from the center, with a reform agenda, being elected in October is unknown, aggravating the uncertainty resulting from the perception of a change in the external scenario. Nothing indicates this situation will change until mid-year. Recent economic indicators reveal that growth is running out of steam, as shown by the deceleration of consumption and uptick in unemployment. With this, the inflationary picture remains benign, despite the depreciation of the exchange rate in recent weeks. ​
