Tajikistan and Pakistan ink deal

On June 2 they signed a memorandum of understanding. The Prime Minister of Tajikistan visited Pakistan for the first ever time. Tajikistan is going to buy Pakistani weapons. Which ones have not been specified. Both countries border Afghanistan. Both are concerned about how the situation in that country will develop when NATO pulls out in September 2021.
