Yesterday, Fernando Haddad met with the rapporteurs of the proposal in the House and Senate, and the president of the Senate. Negotiations on ministerial staff changes continue at full steam. Senator Alcolumbre (União-AP) met with Lula and endorsed the choice of Deputy Sabino (União-PA) to replace Daniela Carneiro at the Ministry of Tourism. According to an agreement with the Senate, a decree on the sanitation sector was published today. All the articles that were overturned in the House in May were excluded from the new text, except for the one that extends until December 31, 2023, the deadline for companies in the sector to prove their economic/financial capacity.
