Yesterday, the Attorney General's Office (AGU) asked the Supreme Federal Court (STF), in a direct act of unconstitutionality (ADI), to overturn the limit for civil liens established under the Jair Bolsonaro (PL) government and proposed the payment of part of the court sentences as a financial expense, without going against tax rules. A meeting of House leaders is scheduled today to discuss the week's voting agenda. One of the matters that can be analyzed is the legal framework for guarantees, proposed by the Executive Office in 2021. It is also worth mentioning that Augusto Aras's term as the Prosecutor General of the Republic (PGR) ends today. Two people are currently being considered for the position: Deputy Electoral Attorney General Paulo Gonet and Deputy Attorney General Antônio Carlos Bigonha.
