Petrobras’s Board of Directors determined that Caio Paes de Andrade's appointment will be submitted to the internal governance process, that is, it will have to be analyzed by the Petrobras People's Committee. The councilors also asked the government to send the other candidates to occupy seats on the council. The ICMS bill had 403 votes in favor and only 10 against. It provides for compensation paid by the federal government to states until December 31, 2022 for the loss of the ICMS collection through discounts on federal debts. Simone Tebet said that she is a liberal, but that she is against the privatization of Petrobras. She reminded listeners that she voted in favor of Pension Reform, the spending cap and Labor Reform.
