The Senate Economic Affairs Committee (CAE) may vote on the bill that deals with the taxation of offshore and exclusive funds and the sports betting bill today. The two proposals can also be put to a vote in the Senate Plenary. Deputy Danilo Forte (União Brasil-CE), is expected to submit his report on the draft Budgetary Guidelines Law (LDO) today and may submit his final report to the Joint Budget Committee. The vote on the text in the Joint Budget Committee and in the Plenary may be held next week. On the agenda in the STF are the cases that deal with the moment of charging the ICMS tax rate differential: whether it is necessary to observe ninety years or annual precedence to charge the amount to non-taxpayers. In practice, the decision will be on whether the charge is valid from 2022 or 2023.
