The disagreements between Arthur Lira (PP-AL) and the government have increased. Yesterday, the government dismissed Wilson César de Lira Santos, Lira's cousin, from the position of Regional Superintendent of Incra in Alagoas. Last week, Lira called the Minister of Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha, incompetent. A session of Congress had been scheduled for this week to analyze presidential vetoes, but it was postponed until next week. One of the vetoes that worries the economic team is the veto on committee amendments worth R$5.6 billion. The first vote on the bill for the privatization of Sabesp should take place today, at the São Paulo City Council.
