​The media reported today that President Jair Bolsonaro had defined Paraná´s Secretary of Education, Renato Feder, as the new Minister of Education.

Feder was already wanted for the job after Abraham Weintraub left. However, Bolsonaro ended up opting for Professor Carlos Decotelli, who resigned before taking office due to inconsistencies in his resumé.

Feder has the support of the Governor of Paraná, Ratinho Junior (PSD). It is worth remembering that the PSD is one of the parties that have been approaching Bolsonaro in recent months, in the president´s attempt to build a support base in Congress.
