The environmental career public servants (Ibama, ICMBio, MMA) officially accepted the government's proposal yesterday and ended their strike. As of today (August 13), all employees will return to work. Yesterday, the House approved an urgent status request for the bill that regulates the IBS Management Committee (PLP 108/2024). The text is expected to be analyzed in the House plenary by the end of the week. The Senate's Economic Affairs Committee (CAE) is holding a public hearing to discuss PLP 68/24 (Tax Reform regulation) with Bernard Appy, the Extraordinary Secretary of Tax Reform in the Ministry of Finance, Robinson Barreirinhas, the Secretary of the Federal Revenue, and others.
