Authorized by Justice of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, the Federal Police (PF) carried out an operation at the former President's residence. The purpose of the investigation was to find out if Jair Bolsonaro faked his vaccination card. Two draft legislative decrees were put to a vote, suspending parts of President Lula's decrees on the legal framework for sanitation. In the vote on the urgent status of PDL 111/23, there were 322 votes in favor—contrary to the government's wishes. Only 136 deputies voted according to the government's interest. The rapporteur for the fiscal framework, Cláudio Cajado (PP-BA), said that he will present his report by next Wednesday, May 10. The vote in the plenary of the House should take place during the third week of May.
