Today, the Parliamentary Entrepreneurship Front (FPE) will hold a meeting with the Extraordinary Secretary of Tax Reform, Bernard Appy, for a debate on the proposals for Complementary Laws on Tax Reform. The House may vote on the bill that provides for the gradual end of the Emergency Program for the Resumption of the Events Sector (Perse) today. The vote depends on an agreement that will be signed in the meeting with the president of the House, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), and leaders today at noon. Also today, the Chamber of Foreign Commerce (Camex) may discuss a proposal to surcharge steel imported into Brazil by up to 25%—a demand from the steel sector in the country.
