News circulated last week that truck drivers may organize a strike due to the increase in fuel prices. However, we believe this is unlikely to happen, as they recognize the government is putting in a great deal of effort to mitigate the effects of the price increases and that the increase is caused by the war between Russia and Ukraine. According to Bolsonaro, nine ministers will leave their respective positions to run in the October elections. Most of the vacancies are expected to be filled by the executive secretary of each ministry. Two new presidential polls are scheduled for this week. On Tuesday, PoderData will publish a poll, and Quaest/Banco Genial will publish another on Thursday.
