President Lula will meet with grassroots parties, especially the MDB, União Brasil, PSB, and PSD to discuss their loyalty. These parties mostly voted against the government on the legal framework for the sanitation sector. Regarding the sanitation issue, the government is even considering issuing a provisional measure on the points overturned by the House. The Minister of Finance, Fernando Haddad, stated that Lula would appoint two new Central Bank directors late this week but they haven't been announced yet. Next week, the rapporteur for the fiscal framework, Deputy Claudio Cajado, is expected to submit his report on the bill. He presented the main points to the Ministries of Finance and Planning and will receive suggestions on Monday.
