According to the Radar Online column, the President of UTC, Ricardo Pessoa, is collaborating with the Lava Jato operation on a plea bargain deal in exchange for information. Pessoa is seen as a leader of the “billion club”, the group of companies that paid bribes to Petrobras in exchange for contracts.
