Yesterday, the House approved the guarantee framework. The bill is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Finance and aims to facilitate the granting of credit in the country in order to increase family consumption. Also yesterday, the law that deals with the Desenrola program, a debt renegotiation program launched by the federal government, was sanctioned by President Lula. The text includes a limit on interest on revolving credit. The government is working toward voting on the bill on the taxation of offshore companies and exclusive funds. The vote is expected to take place today and should be approved.
