The IBGE releases the GDP result for the second quarter of the year and other weekly topics

On Tuesday (September 3), the IBGE will release the GDP result for the second quarter of the year. In the first quarter, GDP grew by 0.8%. Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) has called for a demonstration in São Paulo on September 7, Independence Day. Even with the informal recess in the National Congress due to the upcoming municipal elections next month, some important issues may be decided in the Legislature throughout this month.

*Representatives of the Executive Office and Judiciary continue negotiations on parliamentary fund transfers.

*The Supreme Federal Court (STF) extended the deadline to September 11. Gabriel Galípolo, appointed to the presidency of the Central Bank, will meet with senators throughout the week.
