There are a series of provisional measures (MPs) on the agenda in the House. The Supreme Federal Court (STF) resumes activity with the analysis of three Direct Acts of Unconstitutionality (ADIs 4785, 4786 and 4787) against state laws in Minas Gerais, Pará and Amapá. Important developments are expected this week in terms of the upcoming presidential elections. Former President Lula is trying to gain André Janones's support as he is a pre-candidate for the Presidency of the Republic in the Avante party. On Tuesday, the Instituto Paraná/BGC Investimentos poll on the presidential election will be published. On Wednesday, the PoderData andQuaest/Genial polls will be published.
